1. Introduction

Welcome to Opulon Cloud. By accessing or using our platform or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of Opulon Cloud constitutes your agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not continue to use the service. You agree not to use Opulon Cloud for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

3. Description of Services

Opulon Cloud provides cloud hosting, storage, data processing, and related digital infrastructure solutions. We reserve the right to enhance, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service without prior notice.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Provide accurate and lawful information
  • Not engage in activities that may harm Opulon Cloud, other users, or the platform infrastructure

Misuse, hacking attempts, or system abuse may result in immediate account suspension.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

Opulon Cloud is committed to protecting customer data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, text, graphics, logos, documentation, and related assets are the property of Opulon Cloud or its licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced, or republished without written authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

Opulon Cloud shall not be liable for indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including data loss, service interruptions, or business downtime resulting from use of the platform.

8. Service Delivery

All Opulon Cloud services are digital. If physical documentation or materials are required, delivery will be through verified courier channels, communicated in advance.

9. Fulfillment, Refund & Cancellation Policy

9.1 Fulfillment

Once payment is confirmed, Opulon Cloud will provision access credentials and onboarding materials electronically.

9.2 Refund Policy

  • A purchased service becomes permanently unavailable
  • A failure attributable to Opulon Cloud results in unrecoverable data loss or service disruption

Refunds are processed within 30 days via the original payment channel.

9.3 Cancellation

Users may cancel services at any time. Cancellations initiated by the user are subject to a 10% administrative fee.

9.4 Exceptions

  • No refunds for consumed usage or utilized resources
  • No refunds on trials, promotions, or once system resources have been deployed

10. Payment Options

Payments may be made using Visa, MasterCard, Verve, or other supported payment channels.

11. Card Security

Payments are processed using PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. Opulon Cloud does not store card numbers.

12. Customer Data vs Card Details

Customer account information is securely stored by Opulon Cloud. Card details remain exclusively with the payment processor.

13. User Support

Opulon Cloud is responsible for all after-sales support, dispute resolution, and service delivery.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

15. Changes to Terms

Opulon Cloud reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of updated terms.
